Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit, which is refundable if and when appropriate notice is given. Cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance are entitled to a refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. No shows and cancellations without prior notice will be subject to 100% of the session cost. After three no shows or cancellations without notice, all subsequent appointments will be cancelled until communication is made with provider.
